- Christmas bonus and performance bonuses will be provided based upon individual merit and company profitability. New business bonuses will be provided based upon any new business captured by GSP that is directly attributable to contacts or efforts of an employee
Employee Referrals
- Company will pay the employee a referral bonus of $5,000 per candidate who is provided and is accepted by the customer; placed on contract; and has been billable for a period of 90 days.
Personal Time Off (PTO)
- GSP provides 15 days of both vacation and sick leave herein identified as personal time off (PTO) per year.
Paid Holidays
- GSP provides 8 paid holidays along with one floating day to be used at the employee’s discretion
